We were waiting on our pizza to arrive and it was outside on the ground for at least 30 min. On the receipt it clearly states “to knock on door” they had to resend another pizza freshly made. I don’t understand why people put hot food on the ground ! That’s a solid no for us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My son was born on Christmas Eve 2025 at 9 in the evening. By the time we were moved to the maternity ward, it was 11:30 pm. I was starving since I had just had a baby and hadn’t eaten all day. Everything was closed because it was late on Christmas Eve, but my husband saw that Dominos was open. He arrived at 11:55 pm, explained our situation, and they very graciously made us a pizza. They were so kind to do this. It literally tasted like the best pizza I had in my life, but that may have been because I had just had a baby and was sleep deprived and hungry. Anyway, thank you Dominos! If I have a number four, you all will be my go-to meal afterward! Picture of the Christmas Eve baby that required pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm from out of town, but I just have to say - this was literally the most perfect Domino's pizza I've had in a long time. I ordered mine well done and with extra sauce. The ratio and level of doneness were immaculate. Where I'm from, I've all but lost hope in the local Domino's. Springfield is spoiled. This location absolutely killed it. And on Christmas Eve, too.
