We ordered pizza for delivery and we were missing half the items we ordered and called the store and the first thing they said was “oh, weird” didn’t apologize. They were like ok, well I can’t give a refund but I can give you a store credit for the items that were missing or I can remake it but it’ll take 45 minutes to an hour to get to you. After waiting 45 minutes for it the first time. Didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience, didn’t apologize. Said “yah we are doing our best here, we are just busy, what do you want from us?” I was shocked at the attitude. Manager was a woman and extremely rude. Have gave a lot of business to this store and will never order from here again. Go to the mullan store instead, they are way kinder and we have never had a single issue with them Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
