We ordered from Domino’s Pizza today through DoorDash, like we’ve done many times before, and this was by far our worst experience. Our order was incorrect, so we called expecting basic customer service and help resolving the issue. Instead, we were immediately blamed and told it was somehow our fault. There was zero willingness to help or take responsibility. To make matters worse, when the pizza was delivered, we heard a loud bang outside. When we went to check, several of our home decorations had been knocked over and broken next to where the pizza was left. When we called to address this, we spoke to the manager, Riley, who was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than listening or showing any concern, he again blamed us and denied any responsibility, even questioning how we could “prove” it. At no point did anyone show professionalism, care, or even basic respect. This was not just a mistake it was a complete failure in customer service. We will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before ordering from this location. Customer service should matter, especially to the people who support your business. We will also be escalating this situation to corporate. 0 Stars

I ordered 2 med pizzas, an 8 piece wings, 16 piece wings, and three 2 liters of soda. With the tip it was $79. An insane amount for delivery pizza. But we are a family of 6 who were hungry and tired from traveling all day.when the pizza came it was cold. The wings were literally smaller then my pinky finger. No meat on the bones. I called the store and asked if they could at least replace the smallest ones. About 6 to 8. He said no. I asked him if there was anything he could do about the situation and he said no. I told him about having 4 hungry kids and this was a pricey meal. He said "IDK what to tell you. There's nothing to do. Don't get the wings next time." I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked for the store number and he gave me a different one from what was on the receipt. I asked the difference and he laughed at me and said, "if it's online why are you asking me?" I finally told him I was going to contact corporate because he is very unprofessional. He laughed again and said "Go ahead!" (Not one time did i raise my voice, be rude, or get out of character.) If this is the customer service that Domino's provides/offers, I don't know how they are even in business. What a true disappointment. We brought our family of 6 to Prescott for a family trip. I sure hope we don't run into anymore "Assistant managers" like this guy. And I'll steer very clear of Domino's pizza moving forward. I promise this isn't it.

Ordered 2 pizzas today. We have ordered from Dominos for many years, but will not again. They were really bad, in fact we threw out most of it. Hardly any cheese or sauce on them. Very disappointed.
