I really like this pizza place because it's close and the pizza's are really consistent but today I came in to pick up my carryout order and was told it wasn't ready wait so I waited and went ahead and paid for it. I already noticed 1 of my pan pizzas where ready so I was just waiting on 1 if it was mine, a minute later another pan pizzas is ready and at this point I was just sitting down waiting for the employee at the counter to tell me my order was ready unfortunately I believe he was too focused on leaving since his mother came for him that he didn't notice my order was ready. I didn't want to be pesky and ask if my order was ready because someone already knew I was waiting on my order-10 minutes later he's about to leave and I believe someone ask him where those pizzas went and I believe he told them he didn't know. They went ahead and used were about to use those pizzas for another order, respectfully I came up to the counter to ask if my order was ready because the only person who knew what my order was and that I was waiting left. They took those two pizzas that were about to be used for another order and gave them to me, I respectfully asked for them to be remade. I got a little push back something about the orders not printing receipts even though I told the cashier that left that I was waiting on my Carryout but they did infact remake my order and the lady who gave me was nice enough. Not giving this place too much criticism since the cashier was young and they did remake my order and I could've been more pesky/noisy if my order was ready (I'm introverted) but It wasn't a pleasant experience to say the least.
