Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service Dear Dominó’s Pizza Customer Service I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Domino's Pizza. On 2/21/2024 time 8:30pm I placed an order for non-spicy boneless wings, but unfortunately, I received very hot boneless wings instead. This discrepancy in my order not only failed to meet my expectations but also caused me considerable discomfort due to the spiciness of the wings. Upon discovering the error, I promptly contacted your store to address the issue. However, I was informed that there was no manager on duty and that the staff members were unable to assist me including Denis, or rectify the mistake. I found this lack of accountability and customer service unacceptable, as I was left with no resolution and had to bear the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by the incorrect order. As a result of this experience and the inadequate response from your team, I regret to say that I have lost faith in the quality of service provided by Domino's Pizza. Consequently, I have made the decision to discontinue my patronage of your establishment and will be seeking alternative dining options in the future. I hope that this feedback will prompt you to reevaluate your customer service protocols and ensure that such oversights are not repeated with other patrons. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
