The call in process is horrible. The phone agents rarely get the order correct, or don’t understand English. Take your pick. Food is awesome & the in store staff is as well. The phone calling group needs to go Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered 3 pizzas on the Domino's app for delivery at 5:23pm. The pizzas arrived at 6pm. One of the pizzas was an HAM, olive, and pepper. The label (pictured) was correct, but there was not a single scrap of ham. On the phone, the manager (Sarah) said it would be over 2 hours before a correct pizza could be cooked, because, "FIRST COME FIRST SERVED." I'm sorry, but if a pizza is ordered and the MAJOR meat ingredient is missing, that pizza should be next in the oven, and the replacement fixed. To be told I could not have the pizza I ordered at 5:23 until 8PM because "first come first served" was disappointing. If I can't trust Dominos to deliver my family's dinner that I paid for before my kid's bedtimes... In addition, one of the other pizza's was marked "Piecut" on the box, but was square cut... that alone wouldn't be a big deal, and I wouldn't have complained about something like or expected a refund/replacement. But the fact that they messed up straightforward issues on TWO of three pizzas... Domino's Disappoints. This Domino's pizza needs better management, and better customer service. I may eventually venture to test them again, but for now I'm putting slices of deli ham on my pizza, because I'm too hungry to wait 2 more hours...
