Vienna hung up the phone and refused to give me the Gm name and said she was the manger. All we wanted was a refund since we never received our food. This is the second occasion. The first time they delivered it to the wrong house. Then refused to correct their mistake. Price per person: $20–30

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We’re sorry to hear about the missed delivery and the trouble resolving it. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, especially after it happened more than once. If you still have a pending charge, please contact your bank. They should not hold a charge for a canceled order any longer than 24-48 hours. We truly apologize for the inconvenience that this caused, and are sorry we could not remove the pending charge on our end.

Expensive as can be, incorrect order: missing 2 toppings, app issues, missing points, no deals, just AWFUL! Used to be okay, not anymore! Yuck!!! Okay, how will you make it right exactly? I'm up to it, so ??? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We’re sorry to hear your recent visit fell short, especially with the missing toppings, app issues, and points not showing up. That’s not the experience we want for anyone at West Broad St Waynesboro. If you’re open to it, we’d like the chance to make this right and hopefully earn a updated 5-star review from you.
