WORST SERVICE EVER!! Do not order from this place. They will deliver the wrong item or your pizza will be missing ingredients. When you complain they argue with you and deny they made a mistake. You have to return the food to prove their mistake and wait twice as long for them to remake your correct order. They often try to recharge you to make the correct order. We were understanding at first but enough is enough!! This place won't be in business for long!!

During a snowstorm, I pulled in to get my dry cleaning next door. The smell of toxic chemicals filled my nostrils until I went to leave and caught a whiff of Don Monaco Pizzeria & Catering. I immediately walked over to their brightly lit store front and began to survey my options. The most obvious option is the one I went with. I walked in, ordered a pizza and waited for it to be cooked. I don't care how long it took, I was getting a fresh pizza and I didn't have to cook it or clean up. It was great, I took it home and ate it. Pizza is pretty easy to mess up, apparently, I'm looking at you Kenootz, but Don and his staff NAILED it! If you are looking for pizza and you want it fresh and you want it to taste good, I would recommend this place. It is not my favorite pizza but it still gets 5-stars because they deliver on their promises...they probably literally deliver on them. I don't know off hand as I did carry-out but I mean, what pizza place doesn't deliver. They deliver, I'm just gonna say it, if they don't I'm sorry you thought they did because of me but you are already on the internet and more than capable of looking it up. I mean, I am too but I'm in the middle of this really long review and don't want to lose my spot.
