Hello, Anatael Lemus, Thank you for your feedback. We often ask for phone numbers for practical reasons. It allows us to contact customers if there’s an issue with the order, such as confirming substitutions or clarifying special instructions, and helps avoid confusion at pickup when multiple people share the same name. Phone numbers also serve as a way to reduce fake or abandoned orders by tying the purchase to a real person. But when a phone number is provided and the order is ready, a text is sent out with an order number stating that the order is ready for pick up.
