Don Ritz Hotels Awka stands for excellence in performances. They stand out in taking the lead in attending to their customers. For example, the room I was lodged in developed an electrical fault at midnight and everything stopped functioning. I alert the customer care department and they moved into action immediately. They moved me and my family to another beautiful room to correct the faulty room in the morning. They are magnificent at their services .
