We would like to clarify that during the past two days, we experienced an unexpected issue with our kebab machine, which unfortunately affected our preparation process and service speed. While we had informed our customers through our social media channels, we understand that not everyone may have seen the update. Regarding the wait time, our doners are not pre-made and are always prepared fresh upon order. Due to the equipment issue, we had to manually slice and prepare the meat, which resulted in longer waiting times than usual. Under normal circumstances, we strive to serve our customers within 20 minutes or less. As for the sauces, we do provide complimentary sauces, while our gourmet sauces are optional add-ons with an additional charge. We also understand that taste is subjective. Our doner is prepared based on our own recipe and style, and while many customers enjoy it, we respect that it may not match everyone’s personal preference or expectations of a UK-style doner. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.
