I am your regular customer on Foodpanda. I order Aloo Cheese Paratha from you almost every day. It has always been my favorite. But today I was very disappointed. I don’t know if you have changed your chef or the quality of cheese, but today the paratha was not the same. For the first time, there were chunks of cheese coming out of the paratha. Usually, the cheese is so perfectly melted that it just melts in the mouth and you can’t even notice it separately. Today it was completely different. Also, the potato filling was not properly cooked and didn’t taste fresh. There was a slight smell, like when potato masala is kept for too long and becomes watery. It felt exactly like that. I am honestly very disappointed because I always choose to order from you and pay 350+ on Foodpanda. If I wanted an average paratha, I could easily order from HomeChefs. But I order from you because of your quality. Kindly look into this and maintain your usual standard. I really hope this was just a one-time issue.
