Overall food and service were good. I didn't really care for the Vegetarian Spicy Ma La Noodles as it was a bit on the salty side. All others were tasty. We ordered a variety of dishes and my favorite was the Green Onion Pancake (we ended up ordering it 3 times). Inside of restaurant was clean and tables were spaced out enough for ease of sitting and getting up. Service was decent in the beginning but ended up great at the end. We all live busy lives, so catching up with our kids at least once a month for lunch at different restaurants is a fun way to meet up, especially if food is yummy and service is a delight. We are going to include this restaurant into our restaurant rotation! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

Absolutely terrible experience. The pork fried pot stickers were bad — the meat tasted gross, though I’ll admit the dough itself was soft and tasted good. But somehow, the Dan Dan noodles were even worse. Additionally, the fried rice literally tasted the way a wet dog smells. That was the point we knew we were for sure done and lost all hope. We had ordered the banana dessert but ended up cancelling it because not a single dish we received was good enough to risk trying another thing off the menu. Service was just as disappointing. Our server never once checked on us unless she was dropping off food. We had to flag her down in the end for our check and to cancel the dessert. We literally sat there clearly not touching our food while she did random tasks. The only positive thing I can say is that the Thai milk tea and the ube tea were absolutely delicious. Sadly, good drinks can’t save terrible food and inattentive service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I keep giving Dough Zone chance after chance to be good but it always seems to disappoint me. The problem is, every dumpling feels so one note from a filling perspective. We ordered a range of dumpling and bun textures and the fillings just felt so similar inside each. The one high note for me was the cucumber, which is delicious every time. The whole vibe of this location is pretty lackluster as well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
