This store is kind of a pop-up store on the top level of Westfield. The idea is quite unique. Cookie dough that made out of cooked ingredients, so it’s edible.
I had the peanut butter and lamington flavours. Both flavours were pretty good but my favourite is the peanut butter one.
Nice cookie dough textures with bold flavour.

Edible cookie dough! What an interesting idea for a commercial dessert parlour. Having missed out on trying the Joe Dough pop up, I had to get my hands on Doughlish. For $4.80, I got one scoop of salted caramel honeycomb. On the day I was also lucky enough that they were serving a complimentary scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
Now, if you look carefully at the photo, you’ll see that the actual serving size of the cookie dough is tiny!!! Most of the cup was filled with the complimentary ice cream.
Tastebud-wise, the cookie dough tasted great and the texture was very interesting. This was a nice contrast to the ice cream in terms of texture and temperature as the cookie dough is not cold. Towards the end though, I was finding that the dessert was almost too sweet to finish.
Whilst the novelty factor is nice, I’m going to stick to traditional baked cookies and normal ice cream next time.
