My experience was mostly positive. With an entrance fee of 45 reais, the place offers a modern structure, including a darkroom, cinema, a large bar, as well as excellent dry and wet saunas. Everything is very well looked after and with quality facilities. However, it is important to note the significant presence of GPs (call boys) selling their services on site. While this may not be an issue for everyone, it is something to consider depending on what you are looking for on your visit. Overall, it is a recommended space for those looking for a diverse experience with great facilities.
