Ordered the sesame shrimp. I usually go in. But they had a coupon that said $2.00 takeout. I ordered and they charged me almost $8 delivery. Then the guy asked for a tip. So another $2.00. I was going to just not order delivery anymore but then I ate the a few bites of sesame shrimp. I could tell right away something was wrong. It tasted off. I have eaten here many times and most of the time had ok food. I had heard in the neighborhood not too eat here anymore and now I know why. I was upset and threw the food away. I couldn’t eat more than three pieces. Thank goodness. I am not one to get sick from food but immediately I ran to the bathroom and threw most of it up. I will save you the visuals but the rest of the night I was throwing up nothing. I thought I’d have to go to the ER. I felt horrible in the morning so called out of work and went to urgent care. They confirmed it was something I ate (this was all I had) and to drink a lot of water. I called the restaurant to tell them the next day and at least get a refund. They gave me a number for Alba, the manager. I called her expecting some sympathy and apologies. What I got was horrendous. I should have called right away. I told her I was busy throwing up. She was brutally rude. She told me I should have kept the food. She wants to see it. I was dumbfounded and very angry. She said to bring the food in with the urgent care proof stating it was the food!!!! So I dug the food out of the garbage and almost threw up again and took a pic of it. All this for $28!!!! No apology. Nothing but rudeness. I have never dealt with someone like this in my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid. They obviously don’t care about other humans. Unbelievable. I wasn’t even going to leave a post! I just wanted a refund! It cost me more for the urgent care copay! I sent them a private message last night at 3 am. That’s what she was mad about. I guess she thought it was public. It wasn’t. But now it is. You should be ashamed, Alba.

I’m IMPRESSED Friendly staff, the waitresses there always seem to know what I ordered last time with details!
And the food is served promptly
The FOUR DELIGHT, HOT TEA and SOUP is a must try.??

I ordered General Tao's chicken from y'all's menu and it was undercooked and so was our spring rolls we had ordered the food to take home and eat. I had to come back to replace my order when I called the young lady who answer the phone did not know how to handle the complaint and she said should I hang up on her. I am very unhappy with this service I will not eat at your restaurant again and I will be leaving a review on the forum for Dragon Den.
