Bad customer service for being a long term customer. Food order was short items and cold Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Ordered €50 worth of food for the whole family and when the food came the order was wrong rang them up to explain and they said we never ordered the things that were missing, they also said they’d send out free chicken wings for such a big order never sent them out and when we asked about them they told us that they were sent out very bad customer service and very rude on the phone won’t be ordering again
