2 and a half hours waiting and now our order is not being delivered and has since been cancelled even though it had been accepted. We only ordered a few milkshakes and paid in full by card. This company should not of accepted this order if we “live to far away” (it’s approx 10-15 mins drive) or they couldn’t process our order. A courtesy call to say I do apologise we do not deliver to your area and a refund would of been sufficient, Which would of given us time to order from a reliable company. We understand things slip through the net on apps but the way it was dealt with was poor and unprofessional. At one point on one of our numerous phone calls to this company they promised the order was “five minutes away” when clearly they had no intentions on delivering to us at all, and also used an excuse that a delivery driver had just quit? We will keep an eye out for our full refund but not holding our breathe!! Just eat have also been informed of this issue as it’s either false advertisement from the company or has Just Eat made a mistake in regard to delivery?? Either way it needs rectifying before this happens to anyone else.. Kind Regards
