Duck Donuts is such a fun spot and definitely different from your typical donut shop. What stood out to me most was how creative the flavor combinations are. Some of the toppings and combinations sounded like things I never would have imagined putting on a donut, but somehow they work so well together. The donuts are made fresh and served warm, which makes them even better. Every donut I tried was flavorful, soft, and packed with toppings without feeling overly heavy. I also love that the donuts are smaller and customizable because it lets you try a variety of flavors without committing to just one. It's the perfect place to bring friends, family, or anyone with a sweet tooth. Overall, great donuts, fun flavor combinations, and an experience that's a little different from your average bakery. Ordered online 36 donuts for my son’s 16th birthday to be delivered on a rainy Sunday morning to a movie theater. They arrived exactly on time (even a touch early which was great), and warm and perfectly baked. his friends were all commenting how good the donuts were. Thank you for the great food and service!! I really enjoy coming to Duck Donuts! The sandwiches are super yummy, and the donuts are always freshly made and so delicious. The employees are also always nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The only downside I’ve experienced is with the online ordering system. I’ve arrived at the pickup time given on the website, only to be told that my order hadn’t been received yet. An employee mentioned that it can take about 15 minutes after the listed arrival time for them to actually get the order, which is pretty frustrating and honestly doesn’t make much sense. Overall, I love the food and the staff, but the online ordering process definitely needs improvement. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
