I have been going to the place several times and I simply asked for ustensiles for a pickup but the person dined them to me stating that I haven’t mentioned it in my uber order. I remained calm and respectful asking her for common sense. She screamed on me and ask me to leave immediately. I wouldn’t want anyone to be treated this way after spending 30$ for a pickup order.

The dumplings here are excellent, but I am giving a one-star review solely due to the new person serving. She is incredibly unwelcoming, makes customers feel like a burden, and loudly complained that "everyone is coming at the same time." She messed up on our order, and when we tried to add more food, she brought it out in a takeout box as if we weren't allowed to stay. To make matters worse, she aggressively demanded a larger tip, even though her service didn’t deserve a single dollar. She also refused to give my children the usual complimentary sweets, leaving them confused and disappointed.This is no way to treat customers. If management isn't paying their staff enough, employees shouldn't be taking it out on families by demanding tips for terrible service

I’ve been coming to Dumpling Express for over two years, and it’s always been my go-to spot. I love the dumplings. Unfortunately, there’s an employee who mainly works in the evenings who has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.Plus, When I politely asked for chopsticks with my pickup order, she replied, “Don’t you have a fork at home?” I couldn’t believe someone would speak to a customer like that. I told her I am allergic to spicy and she still give me soya sauce with spice. Management should seriously address this issue. Great food doesn’t make up for being treated with such disrespect. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
