I stop here for breakfast almost every weekday morning on my way to work. The African American young woman that’s typically there at the drive-thru window isn’t usually very welcoming nor does she greet you but my food is always very good and on point. Today, my bacon was raw and my coffee was not how I asked them to make it. I am very disappointed. The picture actually makes it look better than it is, my bacon is literally white!

I’m not sure what training manual Dunkin' is using at this location, but “actively resent the customer’s existence” seems to be chapter one. The service here is consistently impressive—if the goal is to make people regret stopping in. On multiple visits, I’ve been greeted by what can only be described as a masterclass in miserable energy. The pink-haired employee appears to have taken a vow of silence, except somehow still manages to communicate pure annoyance without saying a word. It’s honestly kind of fascinating—like performance art, but with coffee. No greeting, no basic customer service, just a vibe that screams, “How dare you order food at a place that sells food.” If eye contact were a sport, this place would be undefeated in avoiding it. At this point, I don’t even come for the donuts—I come to see if the experience can somehow get worse. Spoiler: it always does. If you’re looking for caffeine with a side of hostility, this is your spot. Otherwise, you might want to keep driving.

The first time I came to this Dunkin was last week and they forgot my cold foam in my drink, when I said something the lady looked super annoyed by me asking her to put it on there. The bread was burnt and my hashbrowns had been soggy. Now today around 8 am. My coffee was wrong again but I didn’t have the time to argue the matter. However my food, was literally thrown into the bag. The sausage and egg? Completely outside of the tortilla. Girls did not seem to care at all either. It was pretty dead inside too when I went in. Like one car in the drive through and only me inside the restaurant. So the excuse of moving in a hurry doesn’t seem like a valid reason. Just disappointed.So much for being excited for a Dunkin being close to my work :(( Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
