Placed an online order with 2 Coffees, 3 snackin bacons, 3 hashbrowns, and 2 egg bites. When I arrived at the drive thru I was told they had no more egg bites and could sub it with a bacon and egg sandwich. When I asked how the price difference would be handled they said they wouldn’t do anything and just give the sandwich. When we got to the window, they gave me my food and the sandwich they replaced it with was 2 of the sandwich eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. No bread of any sort. The egg bites were for my mom in passenger seat, and she told me to leave it because we had already been given not to great of service and she was ready to just leave. Pulled off and noticed other food items also missing. I knew this place was bad and haven’t gone in years, but this solidified I’ll never be going back. Especially with all the other options around Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a type one diabetic. I ordered a zero refresher drink. It’s supposed to have 9 carbohydrates in a medium and be made with sparkling water. It tasted sweet and my blood sugar immediately started rising so I tested it when I got home and alas it is NOT low sugar as it tested off the charts with sugar content. THIS IS DANGEROUS FOR DIABETICS! I tried to call the store several times to let them know making their drinks this way could harm someone but no one will answer
