Muy buen lugar para relajarse y pasar el rato en el downtown de Chicago, además de que la atención es muy buena. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

I went to this Dunkin location to get a large iced coffee. When I paid with a $5 bill, I was told they don't have any change. Ok, whatever, I figured I was going to give them the change as a tip anyways. When they went to fill my iced coffee, the worker had problems getting it to pour, so as I watched her, she moved the cup to decaf and filled it from there. I asked her why she filled it with decaf and she said, "Oh, that's what you ordered." They eventually fixed it, but there's no need to lie to me. Price per person: $1–10

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE DUNKIN' IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE THOMPSON CENTER.The employees are very fast and friendly! If you're a regular they will start to recognize you while you're in line and start your order. (Which is nice because they usually have a long line) My coffees are usually good, it can be a hit or miss with new employees but I understand. Khatija and Dina (I think that's her name) are very very friendly and just wonderful taking my order and preparing my coffees!
