If It was possible to give 0 stars I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff at this location are consistently rude, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident based on the other reviews. The employee taking orders through the drive-thru speaker is often yelling at customers, then goes silent for long periods without responding. When you finally get to the window, you're treated like you're a huge inconvenience instead of a paying customer. The last time I visited, I asked to speak with the manager about my concerns. Instead of listening, the manager and staff told me I was the problem, laughed at me, and then shut the drive-thru window in my face. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. I'm currently reporting this experience to Dunkin' corporate because customers should never be treated this way. If this is the kind of behavior Dunkin' is willing to accept from its managers and staff, I won't be returning to this location, and it makes me question whether I'll visit any Dunkin' locations in the future. I hope corporate addresses these issues so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
