Muchos de sus clientes comentan que los camareros sirven aquí unos bien valorados donuts. Dunkin' es muy recomendable por su agradable personal. Pero este lugar no es muy querido por los usuarios de Google, quienes le han dado una valoración por debajo de la media.

Horrible customer service, they did not give me a receipt and threw it away without asking. I asked for a small iced shaken espresso with extra cold foam, more than half of it was cold foam with very little coffee at the bottom and there was no ice in my drink. The lady that made my drink had glasses black hair and was dark skinned. The coffee is expensive as is for them to messing up orders like that. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager is so rude, they made my daughter a drink and they put too much chocolate foam in the refresher, to the point where the whole drink turned chocolate milk no strawberry at all, I kindly told him that they put way too much chocolate foam and was waiting for him to remake me another with less but instead he kept saying it’s supposed to be like that when it dissolves. I kept telling him No sir I’ve ordered some before and it did not do that, he didn’t budge and just let me walk away unsatisfied. Very unprofessional, no customer service at all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have been here a few times and I like it. I am grateful that Del Rio is slowly bringing in new spots. Also the place is called Dunkin because they do not sell doughnuts there, only coffee. Eventually they will be selling doughnuts. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
