I am extremely frustrated with my experience today. Despite the lobby being closed, the drive-thru was still serving customers. Since I walked to the store, I tried to get service at the window, but the employee completely ignored me while I tapped on the glass. It is disappointing that a simple coffee order was too much trouble for them, especially with no other customers in sight. I usually buy a dozen donuts here a time or two a month, but after this, I won't be back. Side note I watched them serve a few cars right before I walked up. This store definitely deserves its 2.6-star rating. Wish I could give a zero on here. Service: 1

I am glad most said this is the WORST Dunkin' they have ever been to because I agree. The donuts always taste stale and the customer service is atrocious! Do not waste your time or money here! They run out of the brownie batter donut daily by 8:30 am. I asked them why they don't make more and was met with rude replies from the lady at the drive thru saying it is a specialty donut. This place doesn't seem to understand supply and demand. You can't advertise a monthly special and run out every day before 9 am. This place is a complete joke! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
