Absolutely disgusted with the experience that I had at Dunkin' Donuts today on Essex St. My son purchased a drink using his own money. Shortly afterwards I went to buy a drink for my other son. Noticing that this drink was delivered promptly, I asked why my first son had not yet received his drink. The server immediately said that my son has not ordered even though we were able to show that the change that he received was exactly what he should have if purchasing the drink. Nick M. Immediately blamed my son for lying and that he had in fact not purchased a drink. I asked for a manager however they told me that they would not get one for me. I then asked for the video footage which would have vindicated my son however they told me that they would not provide it. Nick then suggested that I purchase another drink for my son which I could not agree to as he had already purchased a drink without receiving it. After 10 minutes with no resolution, Nick said "it fine, I'll give you a free drink". I was again offended as there was a suggestion of impropriety on our side. I've brought my kids up to be honest and good kids and the fact that it was implied that they had done wrong deeply offends me.
