My experience? HORRIFIC. There were 4 very immature female staffers there & 1 young male. There was NO ONE in the store, 1 person at the drive thru. The females ignored me @ the counter as they giggled & hugged each other for a few mins. After finally getting their attention, I informed 1 that the bathroom was FILTHY & had no toilet paper. They laughed & talked among themselves then informed me there WAS no toilet paper. I asked where the employee bathroom was. They told me but as I turned to walk there, they said I couldn't use it. I said they'd better allow it or there'd be a problem on their floor. 1 said they were going to clean up the public restroom but just stood there staring at me. "Well, go, then!" I said. Another female said no, forget it, "we won't tolerate being treated that way" and I should leave. I walked back to the bathroom but someone locked the door. I'm astounded that they had no work yet they ignored me AND let the public restroom get into such a filthy condition in the first place AND felt so entitled that they thought THEY were being mistreated. If I treated a customer as they treated me, I'd be fired ON THE SPOT. SHAMEFUL. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything there as I'd intended. This is coming from a person who's been a Dunkin' customer since the company was founded. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
