This is the worst dunkin I have ever had the displeasure of being in. Most of the employees including the manager were almost completely unfamiliar with their own menu options. I asked for sugar free options and was told there was none. I know for a fact there are plenty. There was another time i asked and was told no problem for a sugar free drink. I am diabetic and watched as the employee put sugar in my sugar free drink. When asked why they did they they're was no response just bumbling over words trying to justify it somehow. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's a total liability to not only the dunkin brand but Walmart as well. The level of unprofessionalism at this establishment is appalling. Superiors talking poorly of both current and former employees. The employee they were slandering to us was the same person who actually got my drink correct and was friendly and understood my concerns about the sugar. They apologized for my previous encounters at the store and treated me like a person. They were the only reason I went back. Only to find out she was no longer there. There are employees just sitting around and some leave the store when customers walk in. Accompany all of that with how dirty it was, with it's incompetent staff and its a recipe for disaster. Do not spend your money here. Do not waste your time. Go to a different store at all costs. Sometimes the convenience of something isn't worth it. I will be reaching out to corporate about the terrible experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can't even make a hot chocolate ..said they dont have the machine ... I mean really this is the 2nd time I gave them a chance amd its bad and the service is worse .. all they good for is donuts

This is the worst dunking I’ve been. Figured I try the dunking in Walmart. Asked for a brown surfer espresso and the lady working had no ideas what she was doing. 8 mins exactly pass and some guy with an attitude walks over as I asked why is she washing things next to my drink . He then reply’s she washing the spoon. lol I said idc what she’s washing, why is she washing it next to my drink. Can you help her with my drink? He told her what to add in and I got the drink took a sip and it was terrible, so bad I couldn’t even take another sip to confirm how bad it is. So I walk back in and asked for another drink in return and i got a Large ice coffee. Took a sip and it was disgusting like there’s chemicals in it. I asked for a Large butter pecan and don’t even tase it. The worst dunkin I’ve been to hands down and these noobies leave donut paper in the bag all crumbled up? lol nasty work guys. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
