sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. i mobile ordered my food 15 minutes before showing up and it wasnt even ready by the time i got to the window (which was over 30 minutes after i placed my order). employees were nice about it, just think maybe they need more staff

I went into the store to order and had two people in front of me. Their order was taken quickly and had their items just as quick. The person saw me standing there but instead of taking my order once he finished with the people ahead of me, they decided to do side work so I stood for probably a total of seven minutes or so before they took my order. Even then, the wrong drink was put in so I stood for another couple of minutes while they made the correct drink. Once that was finished, the cashier must have decided I had extra time and stood for another two or three minutes waiting for them to hand me my drink. Mind you I had already gotten my food within a minute or two of ordering but stood waiting for a drink. Don't think I will be going back to that particular Dunkin' any time soon.
