Honestly the rudest experience I’ve ever had. I normally don’t even write reviews. The girl screamed at me in the drive through because of a siren. And then I get to the window and she looks at me in the face and makes an awful face and laughs I had to ask if she was okay because I was so taken a back. Honestly deserved to be fired. You don’t treat people let alone customers that way. Trashy. Girl with the poofy hair. Not the two white girls she was working with. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I pulled through the drive thru around 5:30 pm today and sat for about 4-5 mins before pulling off thinking they had closed early just to see two girls inside avoiding the window when I drove past, mind you they were not busy at all. Empty parking lot and no line at the drive thru. I pulled back around and waited another 5 mins to see if someone would check in on the drive thru, eventually someone did. I thought maybe the girl was training when she typed my order in wrong and saw them working to fix it when I pulled up to the window. I didn’t judge and wasn’t rude about it. I actually didn’t even bring it up because it was resolved before she asked for my payment. When my food was handed to me I was even polite enough to smile and say “thank you, have a nice evening.” Just for her to abruptly turn around and whisper to the other girl. Now this next thing is what made me make this review because normally an interaction like that I would just let go and not let it bother me. I ordered a plain, toasted bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese. What I received in the bag was a plain toasted bagel with a container of strawberry cream cheese. So I thought okay maybe this is the extra on the side? Nope. There wasn’t even cream cheese on the bagel. Just a literal plain bagel, toasted with a container of strawberry cream cheese on the side, no extra. The other item was avocado toast with everything bagel seasoning. I got an un toasted slice of bread with avocado spread but no seasoning. Maybe it’s because I’m pregnant and really wanted what I ordered and didn’t get it the way it was supposed to come and even treated these girls respectfully and kindly to the very end but I was very disappointed and wasted my money! The shittiest service ever experience all the way through! I’ll never go back again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
