Lately, we have been pleased with this location. The young always remembers my drink order. The donuts do not taste like they been in the fridge. I would suggest, almost insist the corporation start giving discounts for Seniors and Veterans. These people deserve a discount. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Used the drive-thru window. So, I tried to get my normal: bacon egg & cheese wrap, Large unsweetened Raspberry IceTea with 8 Equal with extra shot of Raspberry(then I'll add my own 4 more) & 5 glazed donut holes. $9.10. So, first I taste my drink, add my extra equal, unwrap my wrap, & then head off(I never got to this point). I tasted my drink and there's no sweetness, so I added my extra equal, but after doing so, I noticed, she didn't give me any Raspberry flavor. I drove back thru the drive-thru and requested Raspberry in a cup. I pulled off. Before putting the Raspberry in my tea, I decided to check my wrap. To my surprise, the bacon & wrap were burnt and black. I just decided to return the entire order to store to receive my money back. When I went into the. I let the manager know as it appeared that there were only two ppl working there, of my concerns. I stated to her that I wanted my money. She didn't seem pleasant to reverse the charges. In fact, after the transaction, she snatched the items off the counter and slammed them in the trash can. I politely say thank you, ma'am. I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. My coffee was burnt, and my order was incorrect. Additionally, the staff member I interacted with was not very accommodating. As a longtime Dunkin' customer, I've enjoyed their coffee for many years, but this particular location did not meet my expectations. I believe it may be beneficial for the management to review staff training and quality control to ensure better service in the future. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan to return and would like a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
