I'm a dunkin girlie, but this was my first time at this location and the service was terrible. I ordered a simple croissant with two eggs for breakfast. I waited 15 minutes and noticed everyone else was getting food but me. I inquired about the wait time and was told they didn't make my sandwich because they wanted me to pay an extra dollar for "4 eggs". That means if I hadn't asked they were just going to ignore the order I paid for. Either they don't understand their own POS or they don't understand their tickets but they gave me a box with two eggs and no bread! Then I had to wait again for them to make it right. And I never asked for 4 eggs Service: 1

I order ahead on the app. When I pick it up, it's always so hot and fresh. The staff recognizes me and always gives a great service experience. I go between a hot latte with oatmilk caramel swirl and a reg coffee with the same things. Winter time is Latte and summer is coffee. So good. I miss the chicken wraps too.
