I bought 2 of the valentine tins with munchkun donuts. It shows online valentine sprinkle munchkin donuts. They sold them to me with out telling me they were out of those valentine munchkin donuts. Cost $14.99 a peice. I just got your everyday munchkin do it's in them both. When I asked if I could get those like advertised, they just they were out. They should have told me before just selling them to me. Extremely unhappy and disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts shop in Festus mo! Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50

This location will not give you any iced beverages with light ice. They’re reasoning is that the drinks “are calibrated” and the assumption from them is that you are trying to get free coffee; however, you can get most of their drinks hot with no ice, so you tell me how that makes sense. It is interesting that they can’t put light ice in shaken espresso drinks after they run it over the ice by simply using less ice and making up the difference. It’s like they cannot deviate from their recipe cards or whatever they use and use their own critical thinking skills to figure out how to full-fill a customer’s request because it deviates from the standard way of making the drink. Not everything is black and white and critical thinking is required for most jobs; figure it out. These are adult women saying this to you through the drive thru, not teenagers. Their website literally says the following: Yes, Dunkin' Donuts can make a shaken espresso with light ice. While the drink traditionally includes ice to be shaken, you can request "light ice" to reduce the amount of ice in the beverage. This will result in a drink with less ice than the standard amount, but it will still be shaken. This is from the company! The women at the drive thru will tell you though that it can’t be done because they really think you are trying to get more coffee with less ice because they would have to make up the difference with a little more of the recipe instead of it being calibrated. You have to alter your recipe at times you guys to meet the customer’s needs instead of assuming the customer is ripping you off; time to use your critical thinking skills and what they call “external reasoning” rather than “internal reasoning” but none of you probably know what that means; you learn it in college through interpersonal communications classes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
