When you walk in you should be greeted or at least I’ll be right with you. I know they’re slow so I give them grace but at least say, “I’ll be right with you”, it’s just common manners when working by. I’ve worked fast food and coffee chains before it’s not something you do because oh I’m having a nice day today so I’ll do it but I don’t do it every day. No you do it every day. The older staff I really appreciate because they always have my order right and it tastes good but the newer staffyeah it’s a no. I got a drink and wasted points on a coffee that I could’ve mistaken for water if I closed my eyes. If you still go here I don’t know why. Just go to Noffy coffy on base it’s literally the best. Hope this place gets its people together! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Love standing in line waiting for a donut because they can't update their systems correctly with the stock, and being blatantly ignored while they wipe a damn counter. Not even busy to boot! Disappointment for the prices they charge Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

When I went into the store I was greeted right away. If you are going to Dunkin' you will be on Fort Riley, so keep that mind, and know that you will need a Milatary ID to go there. All of the ice-cream and donuts were displayed nicely. The store was very clean and tidy. All and all the atmosphere and service was fantastic and I will be going back there again soon.
