My hubby and i have gone to this dunkin a few times, the customer service is good, but they just can’t ever get our order right. We always end up missing something and never satisfied order. So we will just go to another dunkin from now on. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

If i could give this place zero stars I would. They obviously hire ignorant people who don’t care about food safety. Been here for a couple weeks visiting and stopped for a sweet tea one day—it was the most atrocious sour spoiled sweet tea i’ve ever tasted. I came back a couple days later to give them another chance and I’m 99% sure it’s the same batch of tea they gave me 3 days ago. just SICK. I went inside to try to trade my drink because I’m not going to pay for something sour and fermented. The lady working the counter was nothing short of incompetent and acknowledged the tea was spoiled and sour—i’m sorry what? and she didn’t offer me a different drink and when i asked about it she gave me straight attitude and was rude. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a very frustrating experience at the Dunkin' location in Garner, North Carolina. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up, only to be met with an unacceptable wait time. Despite several employees being present, no one acknowledged or served the waiting customers. I, along with multiple others, stood there without any updates or service. Many visibly frustrated customers ended up leaving, and I ultimately had to cancel my order after waiting far too long. This level of disorganization and lack of customer service is simply not what I expect from a brand like Dunkin’. If this store cannot manage basic customer interactions or fulfill orders in a timely manner, it reflects poorly on the entire company. I hope corporate will address this issue seriously. Poor experiences like this drive loyal customers away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
