This dunkin sucks. Pretty sure it's the manager, but one especially is super rude. She has a huge attitude and has the staff messing with our order every week. I believe this started when I refused to tip after I was asked to tip. You're getting paid to do a job very poorly, why do you deserve a tip? I hope you read this and get mad. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

I don’t often leave reviews, especially negative but I’ve had nothing but problems here. Just yesterday i went through the drive through and did not get a kind greeting let alone good service. The girl rudely asked me what i was ordering and took forever serving us 2 drinks. I’ve been there on several occasions ordering the “pink pineapple refresher” and they always get it wrong and make it mangoit quite literally says pink and they end up making the drink orange, i don’t see where common sense would allow them to even hand me that. Hopefully no one else has this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Look, I get it. Employees don’t get paid enough to care. But at this Dunkin', the problem goes all the way to the top. The owner is a cheapskate of epic proportions. I can practically hear them yelling from the back room to "be stingy with the syrups!" The employees are so conditioned to being cheap they don't even bother to read the order and just give you a sad, unmixed beverage. It's clear they get paid by the hour, not by how well they make a coffee. The manager heard me out, smiled blankly, and walked away, probably to contemplate how they can charge even more for a drink that has less of everything. The owner has the absolute audacity to charge you for the very things they are too cheap to provide properly. A fifty-cent surcharge for a few drops of milk and a handful of ice is a crime against humanity. This isn't a business; it's a grift. So, save your breath and your money. Just accept that you're getting ripped off. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
