Came by on my way to work and asked for a cup of ice water and the man working drive thru rudely let me know they didn’t sell ice water and they only sold bottles of water. I said ok and asked for a cup of ice and again was spoken to very rudely. I the. Proceeded to ask for a croissant with no cheese. When I got to the window, I asked if it had cheese and she asked the one that took my order and he said it did have cheese. Then another woman came to the window and said if you didn’t want cheese, should have said that. I DID ASK FOR NO CHEESE. I’ve never encountered so many rude people in one restaurant at one time. I have never been more disappointed in an establishment in my whole life. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service, they stay at minimum staffing to save money and keep their lobby locked. Dont do online ordering because you must use the drive thru to pick up, which regularly has a 25 minute wait Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

New England Dunkin can't be beat!! My wife is a native Tamponian (tampon) from Florida and she makes me stop at Dunkin soon as we get off the plane and multiple times on any trip to NY CT RI or MASS I have to agree, these dunkin's have MUCH MUCH better coffee then the ones in Florida... And the people are alwsys nicer!! Dunkin needs to change their policy and add a tip line on a credit card receipt. The fact that most people don't carry cash and want to tip these gals and guys that work there but can't!! No tax on tips!!! #LFG Dunkin!!!
