Monday, May 11, 2026 6:30pm. We had been on the road for an hour and stopped in for coffee. I had a question about redeeming points and the two employees were very helpful. I wish we had gotten their names but they were so helpful and friendly. Well done on the training for these two excellent employees. Because I had a gift card given to me and because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, I decided to go to this location and unfortunately, it's not how I remember how good the coffee and donuts were. The coffee tasted bitter, the apple fritter that we purchased was burnt, dry and there was no apples in it. And the bavarian cream donut hardly had any bavarian cream in it. And what I did taste, tasted like chemicals. If this is the standard for dunkin' donuts now, I guess the only time I'm going back is to use up my gift card and I won't be back again. So sad! If its location specific then something needs to change before I do go back and spend any money. With regards to the service, I didn't have a problem with anybody and the place looked clean. Update on March 21st 2026. Finally, went back to get just a regular coffee with cream, and now it tasted like it should. It must be the time of day to get a good cup of coffee because I went early in the morning on Saturday when they were busy, so the coffee must have been fresh.
