Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es amable. Basándonos en las opiniones de los críticos, el servicio es sofisticado. Su interesante atmósfera podría hacer que te quedes un poco más de lo que inicialmente habías planeado. Pero los usuarios valoran este lugar por debajo de la media en Google.

The little girl that says she is the "manager" of this dunkin donuts needs retraining on customer service as well as nasty comments to customers. Her stating that the budget is very low should be a reason to either appropriately substitute items not available or to be out of stock. She makes the entire place look like garbage by her unnecessary comments and rude attitude. I feel bad for the other workers there. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband wanted a bagel and I was interested in some muffins so we stopped at the new Dunkin' in our town. He ordered 1 plain toasted bagel with light butter (not a lot), 1 blueberry muffin, and 2 coffee cake muffins, with a Watermelon Refresher no ice (for me). Total was about $14. When we pulled to the window, we paid the total. Then a few minutes later, another attendant came to the window and he said they unfortunately ran out of the muffins so we were sorta sad to not get the snack we wanted. The attendant offered a credit or if we'd like to wait 16 minutes for the next muffin batch. We didn't have time to wait, so we took the approximately $8 credit. Husband still had his bagel and I had my Refresher so it wasn't as though we left empty-handed. I suspect that they might've given the muffins to the person in front of us by mistake, or they sold them at the counter in the store to someone instead of holding them for our drive thru order. Either way, this is where they lost 1 star. Props to the friendly and polite attendant that was at the drive thru. Since he was really apologetic and nice, we might come back again to give this place another chance. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
