This Dunkin' store was extremely disappointing. We ordered hash browns and Munchkins, but were told they had almost nothing available except a few donuts. We then waited at the drive-thru window for about five minutes, and no one came to assist us. When we honked to get someone's attention, an employee came to the window and immediately started speaking to us in a rude and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice, saying that she was working alone and that we needed to be patient. After that, she refused to serve us food and would not even sell us donuts, despite the fact that we had a young child with us. She continued yelling, then abruptly closed the window on us. The entire experience was unacceptable and left us feeling disrespected. Based on how we were treated, we felt that the behavior was discriminatory. Management should be aware of how customers are being treated and carefully evaluate the employees they hire and train. I would not recommend this Dunkin' location based on this experience. Omg, what an experience this was today!! Other than one person there, everyone else behind the register were making mistakes. They were backed up quite a bit. I can't imagine how much got spilled and thrown out because of errors that were made. Patrons were actually really annoyed all around, including me. But I do want to thank, the one young lady who was busy correcting all the errors that were being made and was very courteous and accommodating. So thank you for that!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Shout out to Katelyn, Deisi, and Sophia! Cleanest Dunkin bathroom I have ever been in! Usually Dunkin bathrooms are nasty, but they did a great job keeping the entire place clean. They were polite and fast with service. I hope management appreciates them and treats them well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
