I always go thru the drive thru and always have quick and friendly service no matter which Dunkin I am at. This morning I was at the one in Monee IL. They have 2 drive thru lanes and both had at least 5 cars in front of me when I pulled up. I placed my order and pulled up to pay. She handed me my coffee and said, "our system is down. Thank you for being a Dunkin customer". As I drove off, I thought of how many other companies would have closed or did manual receipts. Instead they have out "SURELY" thousands of dollars worth of product. WTG DUNKIN!!! YOU WON ME OVER!!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everytime I have came to the drive through without doing an on the go order, I get to the window to pay and my order mysteriously disappears and they say it was never entered then I'm ignored while they continue to take orders and I'm sitting at the window. They need to be more respectful of customers and realize what the hell they are doing so orders are corrected. Absolutely ridiculous every time I go. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
