Ordered frozen coffees NO SUGAR got them w big chunks of ice and w SUGAR went back around building and requested it to be remade. The lady was very nice and it was made properly the second time this is not the first time this has happened please train your people have to make frozen coffee with no ice chunks and NO SUGAR I have been to your business before and each time my coffee is made incorrectly. Staff needs to get trained better coffee was not made right Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Me and friend went through drive thru and order some dunkin zero refresher in two orders. They messed up on my friends drink went to window again and got that order fixed and then realized that my oedwr was missing a drink and qent.i. and got a attitude from the girl that was working drive thru. Drinks was great. The girl needs to learn customer service and tells me that I she got this so said I hope so. Was not happy at all. No manager came out but saw her while standing in line. Meal type: Other

This place is absolutely trash. Worse Dunkin' around. Almost everytime I've been here they manage to mess up my orders. They also rush you through the drive thru everytime like its the 8 am morning rush which its not. It could be 11 am with no cars in the drive thru and they'll still rush you when you order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
