Asked the worker for A vanilla ice cream with Snickers on top. He said "no problem". The worker presented me with a plain vanilla ice cream with no toppings. Asked why there were no toppings to which he replied "we do not do toppings". I did not engage the employee further because he was clearly extremely high. I will no longer give my business to this location. The downfall of this location has always been their staff. I can let a lot of things slide, but this was a very negative experience. I have never had a positive experience here, but after today I will not be back. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I travel from Gaithersburg to Poolesville once or twice a week and stop at this Dunkin'. The younger customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful; however, we've noticed one of female cashiers is often rude when taking customer orders in the drive-thru and unpleasant when you arrive at the window. She's given us the wrong order the last few times, and she was quite disrespectful. We may no longer patron this Dunkin' if the customer service remains unimproved.
