I have never been a fan of this Dunkin. Some of the employees are judgemental about what you order though the app. Likes it's any of their business. A lot of the time the coffee drinks aren't made correctly. Definitely room for improvement. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve always had good experiences at Dunkin’, but this visit was an exception. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and impatient. She appeared irritated when she asked what I was waiting for, and in her rush, she yanked a straw from the container so forcefully that two others flew out. She then handed me my beverage abruptly without any courtesy. I understand they may be busy, but I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully before. I hope management can address this, as customer service matters. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
