Muy mal cervicio estuve esperando mas de 10 minitos y no me atendian y hasta que les dije quien me atenderia y medijeron si hiva apagar efectivo o targeta que isara la tableta y efectivo me atenderian eyos si no pregunto nadie me atiende avia 6 personas y nadie decia nada basura de cervicio. Haven't been to Dunkin' in a while and took a chance today. I wanted a strong iced latte and asked for light cream. They handed me a latte made with milk and additional cream. When the young lady at the window passed it to me, I pointed out that it looked like milk. I acknowledged that I misspoke in my initial order — I should have said light on milk — but I clarified this at the window, and she handed it to me anyway without offering to fix it. My husband politely asked that they remake it the way I requested. Instead of doing so at the window, they had us pull up and wait, only for another employee to come out handing me the same drink and explaining how a latte is made. I was already aware of my wording mistake and said so. So why have us pull up and wait just to receive the same drink and a condescending explanation? We have all worked tough customer service jobs. But this crew was rude and dismissive even with a respectful customer. Will be sticking with Starbucks or other coffee shops going forward.
