Every time I go there, I gotta ask for napkins. Don’t napkins automatically come with your meal, they hold on to them for dear life and the ketchup. I don under stand why they never have ketchup. And when I do ask they give I one packet for 2 meals. They are so cheap when it comes to napkins and ketchup, sugar, creamer. Everyone looks so unhappy to work there. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Randallstown area. I will be calling the corporate office and better business bureau immediately, to submit another complaint. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location uses a subpar bakery. I ordered glazed donuts from this location and the taste was horrible. They were small, hard and didn’t look or taste like the orher locations I’ve been to. I made a complaint online and someone, maybe the owner called me back, but he was inpatient and unhelpful. A know it all. No thanks! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The only Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to that does not have a public bathroom. They also got my food order wrong... No meat, means no meat... Just egg and cheese! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
