Understaffed on a holiday. Instead of closing, they made customers wait in excess of 30 minutes. My "dunkin midnight" was a coffee flavored milk; I'm lactose intolerant, and can barely stand the little bit of creamer I asked for to begin with. They gave me attitude when told that the loaded hash browns were supposed to have bacon. After about 30 minutes, my kid finally had her drink despite MANY cars passing the drive-thru window. I've never had a worse experience at a dunkin, and you should know about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just sat at the drive thru for 12 minutes and no response. Drove around and lights were still off, suppose to be open at 5am and this was at 520 Not the first time this has happened either, saw 2 cars in front of me drive away and 2 cars behind me also left. *edit* just happened again this morning at 6:05 this time not open an hour after suppose to be. Very unacceptable. 2 weeks in a row. Sell the place or get it together!
