So I come here very often because I work at the hospital, every single one of the girls that work there are very rude, give you dirty looks and will literally argue with each other and swear in front of customers. I ordered my drink I asked for iced coffee with cold foam she (the Hispanic manager lady) said okay iced coffee with cold foam anything else. I said no that’s it and paid. I wait 15 minutes for a single drink then I’m the only one in the store and there are ZERO mobile orders. She hands me a frozen coffee I said that’s not what I ordered she said yes it is when attitude and got nasty with me also said you should have specified. She remade my drink whispering under her breath. I get back to work and look at my receipt guess what it says ICED COFFEE not frozen Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It took 15 minutes to get an overly burnt sandwich. The organizational efforts on process are in need of rehabilitation. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Dunkin's workers inside RGH has terrible manner and horrible customer service. If you want decent foods/drinks and professional or at least a good customer service that won't ruin your mood, please stay away from Dunkin in 1425 Portland Ave. It's not worth it. ZERO star.
