First the girl in the checkout window handed me a tray of 4 drinks for someone elses order then I had to clarify that I only had 1, wouldve felt really bad if I was the customer behind me and I drove away with that. So I onlt ordered the new Banana Pudddin Cloud Latte. Not only was there no banana syrup in it when I had asked for extra, there wasnt any banana cold foam on top, but instead.. chocolate cold foam. I wish I tasted it before I drove away as I didnt have time to turn around on the highway and get it remade before work. Just disappointing all around and a gross drink I couldn't drink. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I regularly get cappuccinos at Dunkin. Got 2 Cappuccinos at the drive-thru at the 731 Nesconset Hwy, Smithtown Dunkin. My first time at that location. Went home and both my wife and I found it to be bitter. Brought it back and they admitted that it was too dark/strong and hence the bitterness. They made new ones and guess what, they were more bitter than the initial ones. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
